ALL THOSE pieces or parcels of leasehold lands comprised in and demised by the Indenture of Lease dated the 2nd day of June, 1973, and made between the Governor of Madhya Pradesh (therein called 'the Lessor" ) of the one part and Suneeta Vitamins & Chemical Limited, Ratlam- (being the predecessor in title of the company and therein called 'the Lessee') of the other part and bearing Nos. 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 57, 58, and 59, admeasuring approximately 18.99 Acres or thereabouts equivalent to 76,852.53,Square Meters or thereabouts and situated in the Industrial Area, Ratlam, in Tehsil Ratlam in the registration District and Sub District of Ratlam in the State of Madhya Pradesh and bounded by the Industrial Area Roads on all the four sides and having the dimensions of- (1) North - 978' (2) East - 844'-6" (3) South - 978' (4) West - 847'-6" Together with all the factory buildings, plant buildings, utilities, warehouses, administrative buildings and offices, Sub Stations, underground and over ground tank farms, drains and pipe lines, civil construction works and all structures, buildings and edifices standing thereon and/or to be erected and constructed thereon, both present and future including set out in Indenture of Mortgaged dated 28th March, 1974 (Exhibit 'G' to the Plaint) and Deed of Modification dated 23rd August, 1979 (Exhibit 'L' to the Plaint). ALL THAT piece or parcel of leasehold land comprised in and demised by the indenture of Lease dated 15th May, 1974, and made between the Governor dated 15 May, 1974, and made between the Governor of Madhya Pradesh and Lessor and Jayant Vitamins Limited as the Lessee and bearing Plot No. 80 admeasuring 4081.87 Sq. Meters or thereabouts and situate in the Industrial Area, Ratlam in Tehsil Ratlam in the Registration District and Sub-District Ratlam in the state of Madhya Pradesh together with buildings, structures, erections and godowns and all plant and machinery attached to the earth or permanently fastened to anything attached to the earth, both present and future.
