Khatian No. 282 within the limits of Ichapur Nilganj Gram Panchayet, P.S.-Barasat, Dist - North 24 Parganas and under the Jurisdiction of A.D.S.R.O. - Kadambagachi, recorded in Book No. I, CD Volume No. 1, Page from 2958 to 2972, being No. 00180 for the year 2009, registered at A.D.S.R. Kadambagachi, West Bengal. This property butted and bounded by: Nortt-Bajrang Fire Works Factory, Dag No. 221, South - P.W.D. Road, East - Plot No. B of the annexed site plan, West - Nowai Canal/Khal, Dag No. 552. The Property stands in the name of to Sri Sukhendu Nag, S/o. Kanai Lal Nag. Title Deed No. 180 for 2009 alongwith: (A) All tangible movable machineries, plant, machinery fixtures, fitting, other installations, cranes, furniture, computer & other accessories, vehicles together with spares, tool and accessories and all other article lying on the premises at Vill-Jalasukha, P.O. Nilganj Bazar, P.S. Barasat, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, Pin-700 121 or in the godowns of Borrowers or in the custody of any person who are Mercantile Agents of the Borrowers or in the course of transit which may hereinafter be bought, stored or be lying in or upon the said premises of the Borrower. (B) The whole of the Borrower's movable goods and assets, both present and future and including but without prejudice to generality of the foregoing words, all stocks of raw materials, work-in-progress, semi finished goods and finished goods such as Cotton, Absornbent Cotton, Medicated Cotton etc. & spares etc. Whatsoever and wheresoeversitate and\or in transit whether now belonging to or that may at any time during the continuance of this security belong to the Borrower or that may be held by any party anywhere to the order and disposition of the Borrower. (C) All the present and future book-debts, outstanding, monies receivable, claims, bills contracts, engagements and securities which are now due and owing or which may at any time hereafter during the continuance of this security become due and owing to the Borrower in the course of its business by any person, firm, company or body corporate or by the Government Department of Office or any Municipal or local or Semi-Government body or authority whatsoever including those relating to the assets leases ot and/or given on hire purchase basis
