An attachment ordered by the Hon'ble Sub Munsiff Neyyatinkara dated 18-11-2024, in respect of Sch.No. 1/1Sy.21/2/A, Area: 10Ar38.00 Sqm, Blk-017, Re Sy.264/7 and Sch. No.2/.2Sy.21/2/A, Area:, Blk-017, Resy 264/7/1 where plaintiff is Sudhakumari, Christ Nivas Vadakkaruk, Kuzhivila, Kanjiramkulam. These attachments will not affect the property/ sale since mortgage and security interest created in favour of the Bank was created prior to the said attachments. The said attachments will be subject to the charge of the bank.
